MS Robots@Home Competition - Anyone interested?

Microsoft is having a competition for their new build of Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio. http://www.microsoft.com/robotics/

The above video is from a MS engineer who made a "party photographer" app (in a weekend).

It looks like this would be pretty much a programming only project. Programming is done in C# on Windows 7 only and involves high complexity abstraction (a complicated system of MS stuff).

The first part of the competition is a idea document only and 10 winners will be chosen to compete.

Excerpt of the rules:
Round 1: On or around the close of Round 1, a panel of judges will review all eligible entries received and select up to ten (10) semi-finalists to advance to the next round. Round 1 entries will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
40.00% – Originality
60.00% – Utility / Usefulness

So it looks like a killer app would be required to get to the finals.
