Just a quick FYI for all interested parties. We are working behind the scenes a bit lately. I'll outline below what we have been doing the last few weeks;

1. We have put together a Great Board of Directors
2. We our official Articles of Incorporation
3. We wrote and finalized our corporate ByLaws!
4. We've had a Mini-Meetup (Shame if you don't attend these ;) )
